Acquisition campaigns are plagued with overlap with existing customers, wasting budget and reducing effectiveness. Exclude all existing customers from acquisiton campaigns and target new customers only.

  1. Create the audience in your chosen platform
  2. Create new audience in AUDIENCES
  3. In 'Audience settings' choose the audience from step 1 in the 'Audience' dropdown
  4. Schedule the audience
  5. Run the audience
  6. Check the audience has populated in the platform (subject to platform specific timescales)
  7. Your audience will continue to refresh based on the schedule chosen in the audience settings
  8. Use the audience in campaigns
